It would be nice to know the price w/o having to play games with the agent. Also the ocean view looks anything but "unobstructed" - and in the far distance.

Hi there Anonymous Person ;-)  The price is listed in the blog flyer.  It's written on the left side in the details.  Also, this condo sold the summer of 2012, for 600K.  The view was clear and unobstructed straight out to the water.  Great unit over in the base of the "horseshoe" of the Paseo De Playa complex off of California Street in downtown Ventura.  Hope this helps you?
