RE/MAX is Landing.......at The Landing in Renton!

I am excited to announce RE/MAX Select will be opening a branch office at The Landing in Renton, this Spring.

Our customized neighborhood real estate center at The Landing will focus directly on serving the local community as a comprehensive residential resource. Visitors and Clients will be encouraged to stop in, whether to talk shop/market news, view listing inventory, get community and school information, or find out about property management and other brokerage services.

Our non-traditional real estate office concept has been designed around the needs of the consumer as well as the tech-savvy broker. The RE/MAX Select space at The Landing will have a casual, open layout, where agents can meet with clients or collaborate with other brokers while conducting business from a virtual platform.

 This will be a branch office of the RE/MAX Select Real Estate which is currently located in Maple Valley, and has been serving South King County since the early 1990’s.  Our plan has long been to open a second, more centrally located office in order to better serve both clients and brokers; however it was imperative that our second location have the same overall sense of community and caring as does Maple Valley.

The Landing is not just a great place to shop; it is a pro-active group of residents, business owners and employees who enjoy a strong community spirit. 

Over the past 4 years, the Maple Valley RE/MAX office has helped raise over $300,000 for Children’s Miracle Network and Seattle Children’s Hospital.  This past December, Designated Broker/Owner, Colleen Fischesser was recognized for her Community Service by the Seattle King County Association of Realtors.

RE/MAX Select Real Estate at The Landing is the next generation of real estate brokerages backed by the most recognized name in real estate.

Recently, RE/MAX was awarded the 2011 JD Power & Associates Highest Satisfaction Award for Home Sellers and Home Buyers.
