My clients are the most educated buyers and sellers in the market today First let me say I understand this a bold statement. I truly know my clients are the most informed buyers and sellers. The process we go through with our clients ensures this to be true.

 I've always thought of myself as an assistant buyer or an assistant seller.  First thing I tell my clients after we establish what type of agency and relationship we will have is that they are in charge, but because of my over 30 years plus experience I will tend have a strong educated opinion. I tell my buyers and sellers that if they go left I go right and if go left I go right. This because it not my job to decide what is best for them but to be sure they can see things from as many points of view as possible. I feel we start out with a Tabla Rossa (empty slate) and as I learn their needs and desires better I can help them make an informed decision. I always make all of my decisions and recommendations from their perspective. 

As a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and Realtor with over 30 years of practice. I have clear vision of what can and does often go wrong on a transaction. Step by step I give my clients different options and scenarios to consider. I feel they have hired me to make the process go smoother, quicker and with less stress.  It's the simple no nonsense approach that has served me and led me to be the top five star Realtor along the Gulf Coast. My team always gets back to our clients the same day and usually within minutes when possible. We keep our entire team abreast to what stage in the process our buyers or sellers are at that moment in real time.  We are sure to interview our clients at the beginning of our relationship and I require my team members to ask for feedback and comments so we can stay ahead on the small details. We consider them to be a client for life. When working with a buyer we provide customer copies of the listings we show them, property tax info, a basic market review on any property we show as well as other details that might help them Grok the market. We send daily updates on any new entries to the market. We also send them market watch information on pricing and interest rates and loan program changes.

When working with sellers we help them determine what updates, improvements, staging or cosmetic touch ups that are necessary be careful to point out which are must do's. There are so many steps and unknown twists and turns in each transaction that without a competent Realtor I don't think many buyers or sellers would be able to sleep at night. I know I said my clients are always the most educated in the market. This Is only true in a general sense. I know there are many great Realtors who also do a great service for their clients. there are also  many clients who already know the steps and process of a Real estate transaction.

My opinion is to always hire the best of everything and as far Realtors are concerned you should always hire a CRS. CRS's are among the top 3% of Realtors in the World and are responsible for over 27% of all transactions.
