Commenting on my Active Rain Posts May Make You Famous!! Updated
So, how cool. I get this Facebook message from Andrea Bedard...well, check it out!
I wrote a post, Stupid Lowball Offer...or No Offer...You Choose, a while ago and it truly hit a nerve with many, many agents across the Active Rain spectrum. In fact, I received many kind e-mails about my method of thinking from other agents. I was quite pleasantly surprised. It ever got the attention of Mr. Kenneth R. Harney a writer with the Washington Post Writers Group, who had read my post, called me and talked to me a little while about what I thought of low ball offers in the San Antonio TX area..but he also apparently interviewed other AR members who commented on my post, who were then featured in his article in the LA Times!

I am happy that my post was the catalyst for some getting some extra media attention. Perhaps someday my name will be up in lights too lol :)! But until then, apparently stopping by my posts and commenting may make you famous!
