Breeding of a Professional Agent and Lender 2007 & 2008

2007It's gone!

Much more havoc will be in store for a lot of agents, lenders and homeowners....but with that comes an enormous number of opportunities to profit both in investing in real estate and working as a professional in real estate. These are the types of markets that breed professionals. Come January...will be very interesting...I think the Association of Realtors numbers for members in California will not be as optimistic. A lot of so called licensed agents who have closed maybe a few deals or have not closed a deal in 2007 will not be able to afford the renewal fees..let alone there personal fiances. I saw this happen in the early 90's.

Commitment to the profession of real estate, investment of time in learning skills, developing negotiating skills, developing creative financing skills and the most important of all......prospecting skills, with out this one...you will have no one to apply the first skills on. And of course...keeping a positive attitude...this market will correct itself to a normal flowing market eventually. These are the types of agents and lenders that this market will breed. Along with new coming people to this industry. They will have the right attitude and expectations to enter this market.

Attitude is everything!  Those of us that will continue to be successful need only focus on that and it must happen!  It's a great market for people who have the right skills and attitude!  Great post!

Be of service!  The rewards will come!
