Heartland Bank, a St. Luois based wholesale mortgage business is calling it quits and shutting down its wholesale mortgage business according to its company website.
Heartland Wholesale Funding is exiting is ceasing all residential wholesale lending business immediately "due to turbulent market conditions facing our industry." Heartland Bank also stated that all loans must close, with all conditions met by December 31st 2007.
