The site Edgardo recently acquired will be home of yet a new luxury Sunny Isles condo. Many of the ocean properties were built by fortune international. Fortune International has created many well-known condominiums on Jade Beach and Jade Ocean condos. If the trend continues they will most likely built another luxury condo on this land.
The purchase of this property is a big buy in the real estate business. The property is a total of 2.2 acres directly on the ocean. As of now it is not known what the land will be used for but knowing Fortune International there is something great in the works. Fortune International has many different options to choose from.
