Alright, this isn't about Real Estate Today, but it is an important topic so give me a moment to drift away from my usual subject matter.

Some would call this strange, but I enjoy exercise. In fact, six mornings a week at 6 am, I do a 30 minute workout. One thing I learned about a long time ago, is the importance of choosing the right work-out shoe! In fact, if you or I are going to exercise, the investment in a proper pair of shoes is essential.
