Hard Money Lender Overcomes Challenges to Fund Loans - 5.11.2012

Mom's take on unbelieveable challenges, but the rewards are so worth it!

Sunday is Mother’s Day. Being a parent is, in my opinion one of the most challenging jobs on the planet. With all challenges, also come rewards. I am certain if you talk to any involved mom or dad, they would tell you how rewarding their role is. They would undoubtedly share how every challenge they have had to face with their children has been worth it.

I’m not a parent, unless you count my beautiful dog Ginger. Then I am a very involved mom for sure! I don’t believe things have to be difficult to be meaningful, but when we tackle challenging situations the feeling of fulfillment is satisfying.

Not every loan that San Diego private lender, Source Capital funds is simple. Some are more challenging than others, but if there is any way to get it done, it will happen. I do believe there is nobody more qualified or knowledgeable in the hard money industry than real estate experts, Sacha Ferrandi and Pat Hook.

Happy Mother's Day to moms everywhere!

If you have lost a home due to foreclosure or a short sale or have acquired bad credit as a result of a lay off, hospital stay, late payments or other situation that has put you in a traditional banks “do not loan” category, don’t give up. Sacha and Pat not only have the experience and diligence to find a way to fund a hard money loan if at all possible, but they also genuinely care. They want to help people and are fulfilled by overcoming obstacles. No matter how challenging funding a real estate transaction may be, their goal is always to provide private money loans to clients deserving of a second chance.

Sacha, I didn't realize hard money lenders in California could still do loans for owner-occupied buyers...I thought hard money loans were limited to investment properties? :)

Leilani,

Thank you for the response.  Private lenders CAN fund owner-occupied properties but must be careful and aware of the fees that are charged.  Please refer to the laws in your state as it pertains to fee thresholds.
