99.9% of homes here are built on slab. Tile is the flooring of choice even in million dollar customs most have tile flooring. Cool in summer and warm in winter helps too. Easy to clean the sand and desert dirt that gets inside so it really only makes sense to go tile. Best wishes for a quick sale sir and enjoy your weekend!
