In the Cedar City Real Estate Market, there is one Subdivision that is a 55+ community, Crescent Heights at Mesa Hills. This is a subdivision within a subdivision. It is part of Mesa Hills. One of the nice things about Crescent Heights is that it is a walled community, and is at the top of Leigh Hill. The new city reservoir is just South of the community.

JaneAnne, This is a very nice 55+ community that is still being built out. The universal design depended on what the original buyer opted for. Many units have universal design, but many do not. It is still an option on the ones to be built. The Community is located near city parks, the aquatic center and the shopping areas. It is also located near walking trails. It really is a nice community. Homes are all single story with between 1300 and 1700 square feet. Most are built as 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
