There are a number of bank sales in Maui hitting the market.  You can't get around it bank foreclosures are part of our lives these days.  Hopefully at some point this will become something we will look back on as a part of history that we will learn from and move on.  In reality there is no ignoring it.  Then again if your a buyer, it is a great time to take advantage of the the market.  If you happen to be looking for Maui condo bank sales you might check this link for all active REO'S for Maui condominiums.  From Kihei to Lahaina side of the island there are a number of great buys.
