Well it is 2008 and most of us are reflecting back on 2007. As you all know it was a tough year for the real estate market all over the country. We all make new years resolutions on losing weight,selling or listing more homes,spending more time with the family,and alot of other forgotten resolutions of the past. We study or trade with the anticipation that we will make a new start which bring"s me to this little article that I found at Broker Agent News.

  A DAY IN THE LIFE OF  TOP PRODUCING AGENTS?" This was and is a challenging question to get answered because it varied so much from one agent to the next. As a Realtor we all have our ways of starting the day.The producer has theres as well. Do you do these things to make you a top producer?

They take advantage of there profession's flexibility and experiment with a daily schedule that work for them. By this  you will know if you daily schedule works by the results which is attained. Here are some of the function that top producer do on a daily bases. 1.Communication: Always Check your voice mail frist thing in morning on buyer and seller.Setting up showings,inspections,Appraisals,etc. Return phone calls  on a schedule time in the morning and afternoon. Success Hours durning which you contact leads,referral sources,past Clients, and people in your Spheres of Influence 3-4 scheculed days each week.

2.ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS: PAPERWORK,PROCESS INF,AND PREPARATION-DAILY. Such as Listing & Sales admin Handling personal finances Personal Marketing Conducting Broker's Services such as Opens Servicing yard signs,brochure boxes and other errands-(planned into daily travel.

3. SALES FUNCTIONS-DAILY LATE AFTERNOON: Buyer presentations and rehearsal,preparing for open houses ,write offers ,present offers and Negotiate contracts,attend mortgage appointments,attend closings.
