The Definition of Realtor Insanity

"Scheduling closings for the end of the month time after time.... expecting to not have a problem THIS TIME"

(just sayin')

Trying to get homes closed to beat Christmas break.... end of year.... ect.... I understand.

I don't know why a June 30th closing is sooooo preferred over a July 3rd closing.
Doesn't make sense to stack all of the closings up at the end.

One little hickup in the process and the pressure rises on the lender... unduly.
