How to direct FB comments to your PAGE!
Here is some great advice for drawing a line between business and personal on Facebook. Some may have never thought of it, others may do it naturally without thinking about it, and the rest may have to struggle to remember. Thank you to Rueben Fine with Turn Key Flyers for pointing this out so clearly and well explained!
Facebook has a little known setting called "Use Facebook as...", which I'm noticing many agents are not taking advantage of.
If you comment, like, or interact on Facebook your profile is linked. When people want to learn more about you, chances are they end up on your "personal" profile rather than your "business page." This is because you are using Facebook as [Your Personal Profile], however, you can change this setting and get more people directed to your Business Page with one simple click. Here's how to do it:
Open the Admin Panel in your Business Page. Then select Manage. At the bottom you can select "Use Facebook as ...", select this.
Now, when you leave a comment your profile is linked to your Page and NOT your personal profile. This is an easy way to direct traffic to your Page and get more "likes".
