Reasonable response time - you chap my hide

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Empire Realty

I've contacted several Real Estate agents in my area to schedule a showing of various properties via email or phone and I either get no response or they've responded after 7-10 days.

Now granted I have an investor interested in properties that are in blue collar, transitioning neighborhoods priced in the starting price ranges, so not a huge commission for the agent, but is this "response attitude/time" reasonable?

In this market I just can't imagine that they can aford to miss a sale in any price range.

OK, I have vented I now feel better!

Take care!

I try to get back to people right away so they don't have to wait.  Everyone is busy but that is part of their job.
