Summertime and the Living Is Easy - Or Should It Be?
About once a month, I enjoy moving away from posting on the subject of Real Estate and instead writing on the subjects of Exercise, Getting and Staying Fit, the need to Eat Good, Healthy Food and I will be talking in the future about Seniors Fitness, too! Senior Fitness might have something to do with my age - 64 years young!!!
Today I would like to focus on a subject that those of us who live more NORTH in these United States must be aware of when exercising in the summer. Specifically, we need to pay attention to the heat and how to exercise and take care of ourselves in high temperature situations. Pat and Debra.... It is a good thing to stay fit. It's only been over the past 4+ years that I've taken it more seriously and I'm commited to staying with it. Writing once a month on the subject of fitness helps to motivate me, too!
Hi David... Great advice, especially for one that turned 73 on Sunday... Rich and I have worked with a trainer for the past 9 years... We are exercise fanatics and we recently cut out all flour, sugar and wheat products and also any food that has ingredients that we count spell or pronounce... Have a great day !
