One of my favorite albums ever ever ever was Bette Midler’s "The Divine Ms M". I was in high school at the time…8 tracks I believe…and would play the album from start to finish over and over and over.

It’s another jam packed week with that real estate stuff so I’m going to need extra energy and I can think of no better way to kick off the week than the toe tappin’ tune "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" done by extremely high energy mermaids!

All of you music lovers out there should consider joining this Monday Melodies group. Think you know where your prospective buyers and sellers come from? When I asked a person who called in to find out about us listing a property where he got our name…the blog! Turns out we share musical tastes.

I used to play the Ronnie Milsap greatest hits till it wore out.

The album of choice for this morning is a very good one. But what else to expect from a master of music.
