North San Diego Market stats for May 2012

Active Listings decreased 1.52% May from April, and decreased 30.42% year-over-year compared to May 2011 – the 10th month of year-over-year declines in listings, which is making things very challenging for buyers. Especially first time buyers. These are close the numbers countywide. Sold Listings increased 7.89% May from April and jumped 27.43% year-over from May 2011. Watch for prices to increase again next month due to the lack of inventory and high demand.
