We want to make sure that you keep up to date on the Prairie Village home market so that you will know when the "odds" are the most in your favor to sell or buy your Prairie Village home. As of June 19, 2012, there have been 181 single family homes sold in Prairie Village per the local MLS.
In reviewing the chart below for number of homes sold for each year starting in 2009 as of January to June, you can see a slight increase in homes sold from last year. It will be interesting to see how the the total amount of homes sold in Prairie Village ends up being at the end of June. Stay tuned for an update.
