Is your materiel generally about large Real Estate Investments or will there be tips for the small investor?

Hi Corie,

Thank you for signing up. I focus on single family and multi-family properties. So the focus would be on properties up to 12 units. However I think these tips are useful for anyone looking to get into any market.
