According to my sources, Table Rock Lake area of Stone County MO single family homes sales in the second quarter of 2012 has been 106 - built on site - homes with the highest priced one selling for $800,000 and the lowest priced one selling for only $16,500. That is almost twice the number sold in the first quarter and really good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area.
This is an increase in home sales over the same period last year and a lower influence from short-sale and foreclosure home sales of only 25 homes in the Stone County & Table Rock Lake Area Singe Family Home Market being distress sales. All this and a higher medium price of $143,000 is good news for sellers.
