Price range of the homes sold started at $220,000 and went as high as $999,950. The least expensive home was the smallest, it had square footage of 1260. The house with the most square footage was the Rhinebeck house sold on Troy Drive, it had square footage of 3100. Four of the homes were built in the 1950’s and the newest home was built in 2001. Fifty percent of the homes sold were in the $200,000’s

Jennifer-It's interesting to see market activity in different areas of the country. Since 2011 was down for most of us, having twice as many sales in 2012 must have really been a big lift for your area.
