I want your neighbors!  We have some good friends / neighbors others have lived on the same street and we've never even met or know names.  Sad when we get so caught up in our own worlds and don't take time to get to know the neighbors.  Sounds like you have taken time to cultivate and grow a great relationship with your hood :)
