The 34996 zip code area of Stuart Florida showed less sales for June as compared to last month while inventory continues to decline and pending sales remained steady. Home sales averaged much better price numbers than for the past months and last year as higher priced homes sold in May.

Comparing the numbers to June of 2011, there were 167 active listings, 33 pending sales and 6 closed sales. Very similar numbers to this year with less inventory available this year.
