Your time, energies, emotions and money can be spent with absolutely nothing gained in return. Or your time and resources should be spent on clients who are prepared and financially fit to purchase a home.
hmmm..
I've been using the triple OOO method on my business and I'm not even a cattle rancher!
Your husband is a smart cookie marrying you. . .
Yes, they do apply to clients!! And I think I would fall into the category, old and onery. LOL I still produce though, so that might be the saving grace ;-) I hate to ask how culling occurs. Don't tell me . . .
Louise,
Very clever series and very clever analogy...I think that also applies to people around you. Have a great weekend. A
Louise: I think you're on to something here! It truly could reap good results in our industry. And I have a file going much like your young loan officers, with a few twist and turns added. They had a bank tell them they could "get it done" too. Client believes them. Turns out, the client has to lie and commit fraud to "get it done". No problem lying, is there?? Mind boggling ...

LOL, Fernando! Well, he definitely has the wisdom in managing his business - thanks for your comments - see you in Louisiana one day!
Carla, I had to smile when I read your comment! Old and Ornery would describe me - but like you - I'm still productive, so that IS our saving grace. And yes, you do not want to know about culling.....!
Gene - isn't it amazing - or maybe that is the wrong word. I like your word - it is mind-boggling - People just don't get it. Even now with all that has gone down in our industry - and people still think they can cheat their way through.
A - you are SO right! Sometimes we have to "cull" those who will bring us down. it just is what it is!
Hi Louise, what a great blog packed with fantastic advice! I'm loving your "Friday's with the Farmer's Wife"! I need to do more culling, no doubt about that. I must get much better at saying "no" and focusing my time and energy where it counts.
Happy Weekend!
Andrea - you are so right. We need to "cull" everything but the priorities of our life - and what is left get our undivided attention and focus. GREAT point!
