As you know, one of the most important things in life and business is following through on the promises made, and the stances taken.
We have run 2 posts here, a handful of times, over the past month. Both posts focused on providing you information about the problem we solve rather than what our product could do in the traditional "feature list" format. Both posts have also included references to our company culture and how we are different from other software companies.
We have taken some pretty big stances, and have made fairly large promises. In this sense we are like every software company, but where we differ is in execution and follow through. Aside from how this can help you in real estate, I would like this post to focus on the promises made, and the follow through. Hence the title,” Geeks only! Proof: We move, fast."

AGBeat wrote about us: Merge: If apple and real estate made a baby
"In the near future, Merge will be rolling out a variety of industry-specific widgets to help each user with their unique needs, like the “Email Connector” which pulls emails into the timeline based on keywords or email addresses, “Requests” for obtaining files and info without having to assign a task to a client (which we always thought sounded rude, so thanks for fixing that, Merge), and “Collaboration,” wherein users can create permissions to allow other people to view timelines in a way that allows third parties to only have access to view specific widgets (updates, for example), but not others."
Just 1 month later on July 10th, 2012 we released the 4 aforementioned widgets.
Promise kept.

We posted on AR: Justifying real estate comission
"My other goal for this article is to learn from you. During your 7-day trial of Merge, we hope that you’ll contact us with tons of feedback. Our ultimate goal is to be the best solution to this problem and for you to love our software. Thankfully, we’re a young, agile company and can “turn on a dime,” fine-tuning our technology and adding new functionality. If someone calls us with a great suggestion, we’re quick to adapt."
Just 1 month later on July 10th, 2012 we released an update that included 14 user suggested features or improvements.
Promise kept.

We posted on AR: 10 reason why project management apps aren't right for Realtors®
"...We need your input to make Merge better and continue to strive for perfection. It is through user input that we can make Merge fit all of our user’s needs."
Just 1 month later on July 10th, 2012 we released an update that include 14 user suggested features or improvements. Of these 14, 6 were after the referenced post was published."
Promise kept.
In one month we wrote 5,395 pristine lines of code and created/modified 378 files.
5 days later we have close out ALL of our open support tickets and statistically have a 58% decrease in support requests. This is how we measure and hold ourselves accountable for the promises we make.
This is our standard.
If at any point you feel we are not living up to our promises, email me (joel [at] mergeapp.com) and I personally guarantee you will be satisfied with how I handle your issue.
If you think what we have done is great, please help us out.
We have 2 other apps currently under development for release in November, and February. These apps, like Merge, solve big problems in unique ways.
We simply ask you to "Like"our facebook page to show your support, and tell 2 colleagues about our culture and merge.
Share with people that you found a small, agile software company that follows through and listens.
I guarantee that they will be pleasantly surprised.
