Surrey Woods is a townhome community built in the late 1980's and located in Streamwood just east of Route 59 and north of Schaumburg Road. Surrey Woods is surrounded by the Cook County Forest Preserve with walking, jogging and bike paths. There is a pond and play area that is maintained by the Streamwood Park District too. Surrey Woods consists of a private entry 2-story townhomes with either a 1 or 2 car garage. Some townhomes have basements. Square footage is approximately between 1100 to 1700 square feet.
