Summer Music Camp for Children in Katy TX
Here is another interesting idea for a summer camp as Summer Music Camp for Children in Katy TX will be held at the Covenant United Methodist Church. The camp begins on Monday July 30, 2012 and goes through Friday August 3, 2012. The camp starts each day at 9 AM and lasts until 3 PM. A concert will be held on the last day and the concert starts at 3 PM and it will be held in the Sanctuary at Holy Covenant. The concert will be free of cost to all attendees. The cost for one camper is $95 and one additional sibling will cost $75 per child. Three children will cost $245 while four will cost $320.
This in my mind is a very cheap fee considering the camp last 6 hours each day.
Holy Covenant Methodist Church is located at 22111 Morton Ranch Road Katy TX. The camp is for children who have completed Kindergarten and through those that are in Fifth grade.
The focus is for campers to learn the fundamentals of music and singing and will also include fun things like drama, visual arts and dancing. The goal is to learn and be able to perform “The Story Tellin-Man” by Ken Medema which is a musical on the parables of Jesus.
Parents here is another worthwhile activity in Katy TX to keep your school aged children (elementary) busy this summer doing something very productive and educational at the same time. After you dropped off your little darlings at camp call me so we can start the process of finding your dream home. It is still a great time to buy a home in Katy TX. Interest rates I am positive will not be this low next year.
