The Sherwood Park real estate market remained steady for the month of July with prices continuing to rise slightly. Although housing prices fluctuated last fall and winter, going down as much as 5%-10%, they have recovered from January forward. More homes were sold during the month of July than in July 2011. If interest rates stay where they are, I expect prices to continue slowly rising over the next few months.
