Ozark Booster Club Bull Club Ride Spectacular, 8-10pm, August 24 and 25th at the Ozark Booster Club Arena, Finley River Park, Riverside Rd.   Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for ages 6 to 10, free for ages 5 and younger.    Chamber of Commerce.

Branson Fiddle  Festival, August 24-26, downtown Branson.   Features a kick-off jam session, demonstrations, strolling performers, workshops, and a Friday night square dance.   Fiddlers from around the country compete for more than $6500 in cash prizes.   

Southern Gospel Picnic, continues daily through Sept. 3 atSilver Dollar City, 399 Silver Dollar City Parkway.   The picnic features two-hour concerts each eving including the Booth Brothers, Jeff and Sheri Easter, the Isaacs and the Colllingsworth Family.   Check out the Daytime Schedule  andEcho Hollow Schedule.  One day ticket prices, excluding taxes, $56 adults, $46 for ages 4-11, $54 for ages 62 and older, free for children 3 and under.   800-831-4386.  

Hunter Education, 6 to 9pm August 24, 8am to 5pm Saturday, at theSpringfield Conservation Nature Center at 4601 S. Nature Center Way.   This ten hour course is required for anyone born after Jan 1, 1967 who wants to hunt with firearms in Missouri.    Ages 11-adult.  Register online.   FREE   417-888-4237.
