We all want great connections with other people in business and in our personal lives don't we? But oftentimes we just don't, and we need to sharpen up our communication and relationship skills to achieve this.

I believe not just having CLASS with other people but yourself being FIRST CLASS with them. Shoot for the highest, don't accept the mediocre. Although I know some vulgar, uncouth, immature, unpolished, discourteous, and self absorbed people if THEY got to the class level it would be a huge improvement for them.
