- The device is worn around the clock. It's water-resistant and operates on a battery.
- The device is worn around the participant's ankle or wrist.
- The device is removed by a caregiver periodically for a battery check and service.
- Should the wearer of the device go missing, Rapid Recovery Service search teams deploy with tracking equipment.
- A participant MUST be under the continuous supervision of a caregiver.
- The participant MUST suffer from a qualifying medical condition.
