At completion, 32 lots in total will be located on the streets of SE Kendall Peak, and Whitaker Lane SE. Nearly every lot in Edgeview is adjacent to a park or a greenbelt, and several homes also have views. Prices range from the low 500’s, to the upper 600’s.
