Briny Breezes-Florida Tin City Sells Out Making instant Millionaires

Incorporated in 1963,the tin town of trailers known as Briny Breeze, Florida was a peaceful paradise for retirees. Long term residence have for generations in some cases enjoyed quiet Intercoastal living on their 43 acres. Home to 433 trailers, the "town" recently decided to sell out to Big Builders for a whopping $510 Million Dollars.

Making most of the residence who own share there instant millionaires. The deal is expected to close in March 2009.  Feelings are mixed in the community, Some will remain in the area after the sale, others will relocate to other areas.  The buy out will yield over a million dollars in revenues for the residence. Ocenafront lots more than interor lots. The vote to seel was 82% of the owners in favor of the sale.

Despite the fact,that not all are happy about the sale.

Sounds like the instant millionaires could move their community lock, stock and barrel to some other less expensive ocean front property!
