Polo Fields is a planned community located in eastern Jefferson County just off Flat Rock Road. A signature entrance featuring a polo player riding a horse greets you as you enter the main entrance. Wide landscaped boulevards with rolling terrain make the Polo Fields a scenic adventure for all home buyers. Polo Field is one of the largest communities in Louisville with many different sections built by many different builders such as Monsour Builders, Ball Homes and Dogwood Homes. The community wraps around an 18 hole golf course designed by Bill Newcomb. The course has bent grass tees and fairways with a clubhouse overlooking a 14 acre lake.
Homes for sale in the Polo Fields come in many different styles and price ranges. Some of the entry level homes start below 200,000 while homes in the estate section of Polo Fields can go up to 1,000,000. The entry level homes will typically have front entry 2 car garages with a combination of brick and siding on the exterior. The higher end homes will have 3 car garages, all brick and on larger lots or the golf course. Polo Fields has been host to many of Louisville’s Homebuilders Association tour of homes. Another nice feature about this community is they offer condos for sale within the Polo Fields. Some other communities close by with similar homes for sale are Lake Forest and Woodmont.
