That said, average list and sold prices are up this year. Last year the average list price was $244,000 compared to $255,967 this year. The average sold price is up from $204,983 a year ago to $251,000 this year. Even the days on market has improved. Last year the average days on market was 278 compared to 264 this year. The sold to list price was 84.01% last year compared to 98.06% this year. It would appear that now is the time to buy a waterfront lot on Lake Chatuge.
