There are five series of homes to choose from including the Cottage, Coral, Cruise, Cove and Celebration Series. Prices start in the $140's and go up to the high $200's. Square footage begins at 1,079 and goes up to 2,535. Standard features and lot sizes will vary depending on the Series.
