PRICES ARE CERTAIN TO GO UP BECAUSE OF LOW INVENTORY AND A GROWING POOL OF BUYERS. AS THEY FIND THEMSELVES UNABLE TO BUY & COMPETE WITH OTHERS FOR THE VERY FEW LISTINGS OUT THERE.
