Here's our latest agent involved sale.

At the bottom of the listing page the seller mentions that he was willing to work with an agent (please DO NOT solicit our customers for listings). An agent in the area had a buyer for the home and agreed to a mutual fee for the sale. Done deal. All our listings indicate at bottom of page if they want to work with a buyers agent or not.

Since my original post I've had dozens of agents advertise their customers listings on this site. On the listing page they simply place their name, email and phone as the contact person for showings. We are also seeing an increase in agents who want to advertise their own personal properties for sale.

Please remeber this is and always will be a 100% no fee advertising service. If you're an agent who has 20 listings you can advertise all of them if you want to.
