Keeping Children Safe 3 ~ A Happy Ending Reported Today!

I am so elated to bring this blog to you all this morning, normally missing children cases aren't solved so quickly and, with a happy ending. When I woke up and saw this headline today it made me smile from ear to ear. The best part is it has two happy endings.

I had just heard about this boy yesterday, it had been a super hectic week for me, haven't had to time to catch the national news except bits and pieces of GMA as I got ready for work in the ams. Apparently the young boy went missing after school on Monday as he got off his school bus, his friend saw a white pick up speed away from where the boy was walking. A police officer noticed the white pickup in St. Louis, 60 miles away. The police did their job, and in doing that job, they found a SECOND boy who had been missing for FOUR YEARS!  The St. Louis PD Is On The Ball! Way To Go!!!! Hopefully life for the 1st kidnapped boy will return to normal now and his 4 yrs as a prisoner of this man wasn't hell like Steven Stayners was.

I am going to link you to the story, as the AP does not allow reprinting without permission. If you've not read about this yet, please do so!

I am happy to hear they caught him.. Unfortunately the lives of those two boys will never be normal thanks to this animal.

At least they are alive and back with their families. The 2nd boy was only gone a few days, good thoughts with him, I would love to think either first boy suffered no trauma

I am glad they caught that predator, he is nothing but a ballon head, i hope he never comes out of prison again for life. The innocent boys suffered, but they will heal with time.
