There are some wonderfully funny stories that will will help all real estate professionals sell more listings, in less time. Attracting full-price, cash and close offers is no longer something we need to wish for! With the basic techniques that we describe, you'll be able to create a home staging program that will fit your budget, and produce results.
In 2012 we've staged nearly $20 million dollars of Houston's finest real estate. The results have been:
