A LITTLE PROGRESS - CHAPPAQUA 10514

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Fresh Eyes For Your Home

So, a progress photo.  The walls are up and a level plywood subfloor is down.  Although the new wood floor has been already been installed, refinished and stained a special walnut finish, it's currently covered with drop cloths and rosin paper, as my guys install new molding, prime and paint before the cabinets (which are two weeks late, to date) are installed. More current photos to follow.

A level subfloor is a necessary foundation

Looks like progress to me!  You must do a YouTube of the makeover when you're complete.  It will be a hit for you and your business.

Hi John, hmm, can you do a You Tube with stills put together since I did not do video?

Hi Pam, yes, this is my home and it is a kitchen renovation which has definitely experienced "remodeling creep".  Thanks for stopping by.

Joanna ~ Thinking of you and hey, we do post-construction cleanup...but KNOW about the creeping progress at our house too, an old "fixer upper."  Best of luck and call if you need us!

With a project like this, there is always something that seems to be delayed, isn't there?

Hey Joanna... YES you can use stills.  I really hope you're taking a lot of pics and will build that YouTube.  I am proof that YouTube will boost your business.  Let me know if I can help you.  Debb Janes is a YouTube queen if you don't follow her you should.

Hi my favorite mensch! Yes, just like the white box challenge-a tabula rasa-I think you will plotz from my tile selection!  Believe it or not, I am tired of "making reservations!"

Debbie, it is definitely coming along, the operative word being long- but the floors look great underneath the rosin paper!

Hi Dorie-always delays for sure-but it will be worth waiting for.

Hi Hillary-will call you if I need to-running out of money and may just have to live with the shmutz!

Yes Kathy, you are right-but honestly, everything hinges on the cabinets so to speak, and that is how I scheduled the project, based upon the cabinet delivery date so I am really bummed!

Janis, funny you should mention it-when all is done, maybe the next meet up at my house!!!

Thanks John, I think I will need some help so I look forward to speaking with you and I will now go and subscribe to Debb.

Hi there Richard, thanks for the words of wisdom and support-and yes, we kept the kitchen for last and it is definitely not least!!!

Hi Girls-Wendy,Shar and Ellen-Yes, I am excited but the dust never seems to settle.  Now that they are spackling and sanding there is of course more.  I wanted to do this project so much however, that I keep thinking of the bogie! Have a great day and thanks for putting up with my kvetching!
