New York City Public Hospitals  & Centers   Host Medicare  &  Medicaid  Workshops

These Free  sessions will help senior citizens, healthcare providers, and community
members understand how to get the most out of Medicare benefits

Open enrollment is October 15 to December 7

 New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services  will host free public workshops at  hospitals and health centers throughout the five boroughs . To help senior citizens, other beneficiaries and their caregivers apply for Medicare and introuduce them  to ways to get  the most out of their benefits.  Residents will also learn how  the Medicare appeals process works.

Workshops will be held from 8-1pm
