Hike Through History
Oct. 6, 8am-10am
Discover the topography and natural history of the Jupiter National Landscape Conservation System historic site. This 2 mile trek passes through historic points of interest on the 120 acre Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area. The hike departs from the flag pole at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum at 8:00am and takes approximately 2 hours to complete, tour is weather dependent. Admission is free but space is limited- RSVP required 561-747-8380 x101.
Lighthouse Kids Explorers Club
Fall Session: Oct. 20, Nov. 17, Dec. 15, Jan. 19
Winter Session: Feb. 16, Mar. 16, Apr. 20, May 18
Kids to get out there and explore at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum! This special outdoor eco-history program for youths ages 8-12 provides the opportunity for boys & girls to learn about archaeology and ancient tribal life, maritime and pirate life, early pioneers, Seminole traditions, Captains & Life Saving Station rescue, Lighthouse Keepers life, WWII Secret Spy station and Native flora & fauna of the Lighthouse area . The club meets the third Saturday of the month, 10am-12pm, cost is $20 per child for fall or winter session (4 meet dates), due at registration. Registration is open now and space is limited, call 561-747-8380 x101 or come by the gift shop to sign up.
Lighthouse Chickee Chats Storytime & Craft

Attention Kids: Join us under the Lighthouse Seminole Chickee for storytime and craft about Lighthouse Keepers, Florida History and People & local Plants and Animals. Moms & Dads, this is ideal for kids ages 10 and under. Please bring a small mat or blanket for your child. This program is free and space is limited, runs approximately 45 minutes. Lighthouse Sunset Tour

Take in the spectacular sunset views and witness the Jupiter Light turning on to illuminate the night sky. Visitors get an inside look at the nuts & bolts of a working lighthouse watchroom. Tour time approximately 75 minutes. $15 Members, $20 Non-members, limited space, RSVP is required. Must be 48" tall to climb the tower. Call 561-747-8380 x101 for tour time & reservations.
Lighthouse Moonrise Tour

A howling good time and spectacular evening view of a full moon from the top of the tower! Tour time approximately 75 minutes, $15 Members, $20 Non-Members, RSVP required, 561-747-8380 x101. Tours are weather permitting. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 48" tall to climb.
