McCurtain County Idabel Oklahoma Fall Festival FallFest October 6, 2012
Have you made plans to attend the October Fall Festival in Idabel, OKlahoma? FallFest is today, October 6, 2012, and there is going to be a fun time in Idabel, Oklahoma 74745 today!
Don't cook breakfast this morning. You will want to have Pancakes at 7 am at the Red Bee Restaurant on North Central, hosted by the local Relay for Life Team, from 7 am to 9 am.
Get started on the Chili Cook-Off at the Farmers Market at 7:30 am until 10 am. Awards will be presented at 10: am. First place is $150, Second place is $100, and Thrid place is $50.
It's a great shopping day in Idabel Oklahoma 74745, Sidewalk Sales and Vendors Open at 8 am.
Also at 8 am, until 5 pm, the Artist Exhibition for Local Artists will be available for viewing on south Central in front of the Idabel Regional Art Center Building. Bring your art exhibits by 8 am to the a tent near the Ted Kimbro Plaza at the corner of South Central and Washington. There is no judging, but it's a great time to show off your talent! Paintings should be framed and matted, and price them if you are willign to sell them.
At 8:30 Am the Lion's Club will have their Bounce House open and ready to enjoy and at 8:30 am Tehre will Children's Pony Rides.
At 9:30 am, the National Anthem will be performed by Sahron McKeever at the Carl Sherman Stage.
At 10 am, N Step Dance will perform at the Carl Sherman Stage.
Also at 10 am until 2 pm thre will be Children's Games hosted by the Museum of the Red river and the Idabel Regional Arts Council.
Also at 10 am, on East Main Street, Karaoke is open to the public.
11 am, Kaylee Martin will perform at theCarl Sherman Stage.
11 am, The Great Duck Race on West Main and Avenue A. Frist prize is $500, Second Prize is $250, Third Prize is $150, $100 for Fourth place, and $50 for Fifth place.
11:30 Zumba by Charity on East Main
11:30 Stepping out School of Dance at the Carl Sherman Stage
12 noon, Zumba by Heather on East Main
12:30 pm Karaoke open to the public on East Main.
1:30 pm Daughters of Destiny at the Carl Sherman Stage
1:45 pm Keeley Shelton at the Carl Sherman Stage
2:15 pm Devin Gille a the Carl Sherman Stage.
