The end of the summer moves and the beginning of Fall is brings a calm to the market which this years seems more marked because of the uncertainty that National elections bring to the work force. In July average prices and number of closed sale were up both for YoY and MoM in the Anne Arundel Co. part of the Fort Meade MD Homes For Sale.
The AA co average price sale for the year only went up 7.7% and the number of closed sales took a gigantic deep from 22.47% to 9.74%.
Prince George's County, MD market has been changing very slowly and showed litle change in Sept 189.907 average price vs 192.613.
