I'm Showing Houses During Hurricane Sandy! A Sign of a Serious Buyer!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Distinctive / LIC in VA

Well, I've shown houses in rain, snow, and storms before, but this is the first time I'll be showing property in the middle of a hurricane! Luckily, it's only one showing, and it's less than 30 minutes from my house. I've worked with these buyers before, and have been working with them again recently. I know when they find something that they like, they'll buy it! They might want to make a low offer on some of the properties we've seen, but they are realistic. They analyze and analyze, but once they make a decision, they move forward.

#1- Hi Tim, It went ok. Not sure if they'll want to make an offer though? Needs work, etc. Thanks

#2- Hi Pat, they're been going back and forth between buying a lot and building, and buying a fixer upper. Personally, I hope they go with a lot and build..

#3- Hi Lenn, Probably no one. The wind and rain wasn't that bad. Ducking to get through low doorways, rooms with 6' high ceilings, and partially flooded cellar we're more annoying.
