"Social networking is lifting real estate and in the next 12 months it's going to overwhelm real estate. It's been happening since Craig's List started but it's only now coming to a head." Brad Inman

This morning my feedreader has just been spewing out all the goods. I want to highlight an article from CNN.Money entitled "Tech Trends Rock the Real Estate World" The article talks about blogging and how social networking does not mean online chatting but more like online sharing of information. You and I share our information and that value is transported to the consumer. I mean I think most of us here agree that the social networking is lifting Real Estate and is taking the information to higher standards.

Inman says that real estate professionals have two choices when it comes to confronting the changes wrought by technical advances: engage it or pretend it isn't there.

So, the ball is in your court - your business depends on it, are you blogging?

I don't think that I have been in bed before 12 - and I get up by 6. OK OK, I am lying - I try to get up by 6 - but that snooze just makes it soooo easy.. so I push it until 6:30-6:40, then I rush around the house...while swearing to myself that TOMORROW I am gettin up at 6. Yeeeeaaaahhh - Riiiiiiiiight..
