Annette, The inventory in the 100,000-149,999 price range is quite large. Maybe in the spring it will be more balanced.

Hi Debbie, no, that is an area specific thing, properties in Philomath and Corvallis in that price range are mostly in need of tons of repairs, are in inferior locations etc. thanks for your comment! Merry Christmas
